Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product and services to better service our clients
  • Monitor and analyze customer performance and success 
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
  • Create a strong relationship with Sales team to help Onboard and integrate new clients 
  • As necessary, travel to customers for training and onboarding help 
  • Take client feedback and return to the Customer Success team with detailed descriptions
  • Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Coordinate tasks and responsibilities with Sales team to onboard new clients 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 1 years of prior experience preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving, optimistic attitude 
  • Attention to detail
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask
  • Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Hubspot and Google Apps

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 1 years of Customer Service/Support experience preferred 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organization skills 

  • Problem solving attitude 

  • Attention to detail

  • Highly self motivated 

  • Strong technical and software understanding

  • Preferred experience in HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Jira, Fimga, and Google Apps

  • Prospecting and identifying new leads and business opportunities
  • Acquiring new customers by reaching out to leads
  • Building and expanding current and future customer relationships by consistently delivering best-in-class customer service
  • Discussing and discerning vQuip product fit and communicate the value proposition to meet customers’ goals and objectives
  • Organizing and documenting opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieving set sales targets, goals, and quota
  • Working with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to drive lead generation and understand customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit blog posts for publication on website, LinkedIN and other blog and forum sites
  • Use social media marketing tools (Canva) to create materials that promote and align with vQuip
  • Work with marketing and sales team to develop social media, email and in-person marketing campaigns/events
  • Analyze the digital marketing plan and social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and suggest recommendations for improvements
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Create and maintain digital relationships across social media accounts, blogs, and forums
  • Enhance product definition and positioning using competitive information, market and product analysis.
  • Facilitate market research approach, methodology and integration of findings into product marketing department, driving organizations’ go-to-market approach.
  • Merge data driven market understanding with customer feedback to prioritize go to market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to drive lead generation and understand customer needs
